Welcome to MinZalo — Enterprise AI Bot Platform for Business: Build, Train & Automate AI Agents, deployed directly on personal Zalo and expanding omnichannel. To get started quickly, follow these three steps:

1. Create a workspace & invite your team. After signing up, create your first workspace, then invite members and assign their roles. See Create a workspace.
2. Connect your chat channel (Personal Zalo). Scan a QR code to bring a personal Zalo account into the workspace as your Bot’s first automated response channel. See Connect a Zalo account and Bot deployment channels.
3. Train Knowledge & activate AI Bot. Feed your products and policies into the Knowledge Base and turn on AI Reply Assistant to handle customer inquiries and close deals 24/7.
