Connect a Zalo account

To receive and reply to messages in MinZalo, connect at least one personal Zalo account.

Steps

1. Open Zalo accounts in the sidebar.
2. Click Add account. A QR code appears.
3. On your phone, open Zalo → Settings → Scan QR and scan the code on screen.
4. Wait for confirmation. When the status turns Active, the account is ready.

Caution

Each QR code is single-use and short-lived. If it expires, close the dialog and click Add account again for a fresh code.

After connecting

• Assignment: assign the account to one or more agents so they see its inbox.
• Proxy: attach a proxy per account to route its connection (reduces ban risk).
• Friend sync: the friend list syncs automatically the first time after connecting.

Account limits

The maximum number of Zalo accounts depends on your plan. Once you reach the limit, Add account prompts you to upgrade.
