Create a workspace

A workspace is the “home” for all your team’s data in MinZalo: Zalo accounts, contacts, campaigns. Let’s create one to get started.

Create your first workspace

1. Sign up or sign in to MinZalo. If you don’t belong to any workspace yet, MinZalo takes you straight to the Create workspace screen.
2. Enter a name and pick an address (a path like app.minzalo.com/{slug}).
3. Click Create. You become the Owner of the new workspace and land right inside it.

Note

Invited to someone else’s workspace? Accept the invite in your email and you’re in — no need to create one yourself.

Create more workspaces

Need a separate workspace for another team or brand? Open the workspace switcher at the top left and click Create workspace. One account can own or join many workspaces.

Switch between workspaces

One account can belong to many workspaces (your own or ones you’re invited to). Use the workspace switcher at the top left to jump between them; MinZalo always remembers the one you’re viewing.

Configure the workspace

Go to Workspace settings to adjust:

• General: rename, logo.
• Members & Roles: invite people, set permissions.
• Plan & billing: see limits and upgrade.
