Introduction
MinZalo is a Team Inbox & CRM for personal Zalo: many agents chatting across many Zalo accounts, merged into one inbox, with tools to manage customers and run campaigns.
The problem MinZalo solves
Section titled “The problem MinZalo solves”When a sales team uses several personal Zalo accounts, things get messy: everyone on their own device, no one sees the whole picture, hard to assign work, no numbers. MinZalo brings it all into one place.
- Unified multi-account inbox: every conversation from your Zalo accounts in one place, assigned per agent.
- Customer CRM: store contacts, add tags and notes, track status from new to won.
- Campaigns & group discovery: send messages and friend requests in bulk, find and scan groups to grow your audience.
- Centralized control: role-based permissions, reports and an activity log for owners/managers.
Core concepts
Section titled “Core concepts”| Concept | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Workspace | A team’s working space. All data (accounts, contacts, campaigns) belongs to a workspace. |
| Member | A user invited into the workspace, holding one or more roles. |
| Role | A set of permissions deciding what a member can see/do (Owner, Manager, Agent, Viewer, or custom). |
| Zalo account (nick) | A personal Zalo account connected to the workspace via QR login. |
A workspace holds many members and many Zalo accounts. Each member holds roles that decide what they can see and do; agents typically only see the accounts assigned to them.
